Archaeologist/Cultural Resource Specialist
The primary duties of the archaeologist/Cultural Resource Specialist are to assist in compliance with federal/state/municipal cultural resource regulatory guidelines; perform site file searches; participate in cultural resource surveys, archaeological monitoring, and archaeological site and historic property reconnaissance; assist senior archaeologists with fieldwork, research, budget and report preparation; and prepare technical documentation. Successful candidates will have a B.A. degree in Anthropology or a related discipline with at least two years of demonstrated field experience; be familiar with the various federal and state regulatory laws/statutes; possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills; and the ability to work in adverse conditions.

Experience Required:
- Bachelors degree in Archeology, Anthropology, Architectural history or closely-related field. Masters preferred.
- Previous work experience in cultural resource projects preferred

- Self starter with excellent writing and communication skills.
- Willingness to work under varied weather conditions.
