Position Summary

GMI is currently seeking a field technician for temporary archaeological survey work to take place on the Nevada Test and Training Range of Nellis Air Force Base near Las Vegas, NV. The project will last five days and will begin on August 13^th.   Local area applicants preferred.

Requirements

Applicants must have a B.A. Degree in Archaeology/ Anthropology or a closely related field. Preference will be given to local applicants (Las Vegas and surrounding area) and those with at survey experience in the region. Wages will be commensurate with the DOL Wage Determination criteria for Archaeological Technicians in Nevada and includes a daily workday per diem rate. If selected, you will be asked to provide a social security card and valid driver’s license before being hired.
