Wow, poor Doug requests help and is bombarded with sales pitches...

Doug: I have the usb pro running on a mac. Like Nic says, we'll need
to know which software you're using. If you want to test it out with
something different try http://www.opendmx.net/index.php/LLA_on_OS_X (
free :) )
