Main non moderated SimpleORM Discussion group. There is also a low traffic SimpleORMAnnounce group which will contain occasional annoncements of new versions etc.

Not normally necessary. And locking is about more than Synchronized. Unlike most software, SimpleORM takes care to try to fail fast if you have threading

If you have non-trivial queries for MSSQL try UPDATE STATISTICS on the main tables. I have found that sometimes it just looses track and starts running slowly

You can get it from the source forge repository. However, as the author I do not really recommend it, as it heavily uses JSPs and JSPs are just awful

SimpleORM checks for common threading errors such as trying to use the same *Connection* from two threads. It is quite OK and normal to have multiple threads
