Slideshow: The Solar System is ours for the taking

no one else here but humans, come on, let's go!
As recently as the 1960s we did not know for sure if there were Martians, or scary people on the other side of our Moon.  In the last 40 years man has explored the solar system with cameras and fly-by's.  We know now there is no one out there but Us, at least not in our solar system. It's all ours, this untouched wilderness of planets and moons full of metals and elements, all there for humans' taking.
I hope there is reincarnation of sorts, so I can come back to this solar system in 300 years or so to see what Earthlings end up doing with this field of dreams at our beck and call, once we find a way to travel long distances in near space faster.
My guess is one of the first planets we'll go to will be Europa, a moon of Jupiter, that seems to be like a planet covered with ice.
Water at the edge of the solar system.
We know now from the Voyagers that Europa is covered in a smooth layer of ice, possibly miles of clean water beneath it. Smooth, the size of Earth's moon, Europa has almost no mountains, no land, just a layer of ice, like a planet covered in H20, ours for the taking.
