The problem is that SplashID 4 data is not compatible with SplashID 3, which
is the version on the Series 60 device.
So you need to revert the SplashID desktop to version 3.4, but first, export
your data from version 4.
The version 4 vID format is not compatible with version 3. But you can
export to CSV instead:
File > Export > CSV
Then uninstall and install SplashID 3.4:

Then import that CSV file into SplashID Desktop Only 3.4, with one catch.
Any data entered in the additional fields of SplashID 4 will have no place
to go, so they are appended as additional records. You can delete them if
not needed, or copy and paste them into the notes field of the appropriate
record.
