When I get pictures sent to me in my e-mail, I can't open them to see them. I can download them and save them to a download folder but I can't open them. I don't know how to use winzip, trial time is over, just at a loss as to how to open them. I used to be able to open my pictures from my e-mail right away, not anymore. I never used to need winzip before for anything. Is this a program I should delete? Thanks, hope you can condense what I have said or understood what I am trying to explain.
