George Casper & Dave Lott, two of the Library's technical & computer troubleshooting staff,

will be the featured speakers at the next Susquehanna SeniorNet Computer Club meeting.

If you have a particular question that's not included in the following list, you can send it in ADVANCE, by replying to this email, and I will forward the question to the presenters.
The time available, may not permit discussion of all the questions.

1 How do I store(sic) "means restore" my computer?

2 How do I organize my files so I can find them easily - I am always losing them?

                I click save and they disappear - where do they go?
    3       How can I make my computer run faster?
4       How do I create/burn CD-ROM's?
5       How can I tell how much hard disk space I have left? How much do I need?
       6       Should I leave my computer on or turn it off?

7       How do I start programs from starting up everytime I turn my computer on and

                how do I know what is starting up?
     8       My computer won't shut off? What do I do?
      9       I want to get a new computer what kind should I get?
   10      My email doesn't work right? what should I do? ( I don't know what I use)

11 I just click on a picture on my computer but now it isn't working)
12 I keep getting cut off my modem what should I do?

                I called the internet account people and they can't help me?

    13      Why doesn't my sound work?
     14      Why doesn't my printer work?
   15      Somebody told me I need to unscramble my files - how do I do that?
    16      What is the difference between memory? How many kinds do I have?
      17      What is an application?
        18      I got a message to update my device driver, do I have them and should I?

      19      How do I send a Microsoft word document to someone who does not have Word?
    20      Why does my computer sometimes hang at the shutdown or standby screen?

                It only happens once in awhile.
        21      How do I "download a program" ?
        22      What do I sometimes get pages with lists of sites that I am not looking for

when I type a word in
23 google - sometimes when I put addresses in my internet explorer the same

thing happens how do I stop this?
24 How do I get rid of email I put them in the trash but they are still there

I have 100's of them now.
25 I don't use outlook express I use my email program.
