from the August 3 SeniorNet Computer Club meeting,
"Computer Questions and Answers",
hosted by Dave Lott and George Casper.

Dave brought the partially disassembled computer you see on the floor
and the other components stacked on top of it
(cable modems, routers, hard drives, etc) ,
and used them during the first part of the program,
to explain to us how they all fit together and worked together.
If you weren't there, you missed a great presentation
that explained many of the "mysteries" of computing.
Possible Future Computer Club Topics
Note that Computer Club meetings are held on a
single Wednesday evening, 5:30 to 7:30 pm (no cost, no registration).
Possible topics for future Computer Clubs include the following:
- buying a computer
- computer Q&A (more like the last meeting)
- digital photography
- eBay buying and selling
- internet banking
- quicken financial record keeping software
- other ____________________ (you fill in topic here)

We passed a survey form out at the 8/3 meeting, that asked participants
to indicate any of the above topics they would be interested in.
IF you have interest in ATTENDING a future Wednesday Computer Club meeting
and you did NOT already fill out the SURVEY form at the 8/3 meeting,
you have the opportunity to do so now by email.
Just hit your REPLY button and
email your choice(s) from the above topic list back to me,
and we'll add your choice of topic to the list.
