- 2nd Spring Class Session
Special schedule notes: (a) The Tuesday Applications class begins a week EARLIER on 5/1, (b) there is a new NIGHT Fundamentals class starting Tuesday 5/22, and (c) there is a new WORD Processing class on Thursday afternoon.

- Thur May 10, 1 pm to 3 pm -- Word Processing - 3 people Fri May 11, 10:15 am to 12:15 pm -- Computer Fundamentals 2nd Section-FULL
- Fri May 11, 1 pm to 3 pm -- Genealogy - 1 person (this may be cancelled due to low registration)
- Tue May 22, 5:45 pm to 7:45 pm -- Fundamentals - FULL

Call the Library at 326-0536, and ask the desk attendant to put your name and phone number on the "SeniorNet Callback List".
A registration volunteer will call you back.
- If you just have questions, you can also leave your number for the registration volunteer.
- Pre-registration is required, due to class size being limited to 10 students for the 10 computer workstations.
- If a class is designated as "FULL", you can still request to be put on the "waiting list". Sometimes not all the pre-registered people actually show up.
- Classes run for 2 hours a week, for 6 weeks.

If you have a broadband (high-speed) connection, you can view several "course overviews", where the instructor gives a 2 or 3 minute summary of what's in the course.
((I hope you appreciate the implications of this: Now you can listen to a SeniorNet instructor -- talking right in your own home -- anytime you want, 24 hours a day. If this isn't an example of "progress through technology", I don't know what is :-) . ))
If any of your friends are interested in a SeniorNet course and want more info, you can show them these videos.
