== eBranch Overview by Doug Loss ==
The eBranch is an entirely online library branch that is available to any Lycoming County resident from any internet-connected computer.
It has all kinds of "good stuff" that you probably never even imagined.
The eBranch website is divided into five sections: Get it NOW, Ask it NOW, LEARN it NOW, for KIDS NOW, and Look it UP NOW.
Get it NOW is your jumping off point for signing up for a library card, for downloading audiobooks to listen to on your computer or MP3 player, for downloading ebooks to read on your computer, and for downloading music, videos, and news.
Ask it NOW lets you connect with a live tutor for help with student's homework seven days a week from 3 PM to 10 PM. We have Ferguson's Career Guidance Center here, which gives you information on over 3300 different jobs and tutorials on looking for, finding, getting, and holding the job you want.
LEARN it NOW provides the Auto Repair Reference Center, with instructions on how to do many repairs to your vehicle. Learning Express Library provides tutorials and sample tests for many different things. Learn a Language has many different courses to help you learn another language.
For KIDS NOW has online animated audio story books for the younger kids. There's a section for the preschool kids too. For teens, there are many links to help improve their writing skills, to suggest interesting reading, and to let them interact with other teens from around the world.
Look it UP NOW has everything else we couldn't fit under one of the first four categories. Select "Online Resources (Subjects)" and you can see and browse through all the different areas, from health to legal to business to education. Intuit's TurboTax gives you an easy way to calculate your income taxes.

Can you tell me if the Power Library stuff you're talking about on May 20 th, has any access to any of the Morningstar financial reports ??? (Morningstar.com)
Reason For Asking: I was trying to read something about a mutual fund yesterday, and they would not give me the information because I did not have a premium membership at $170/year.

Well, I'll be talking about the eBranch in total, not just the
PowerLibrary stuff. We have a subscription to Morningstar, but to use it
you have to start at the eBranch website (http://www.lycolibrary.org).
Once on the main page, click on "Look it up NOW," then select "Business
Information" under "Find it Fast search by Subject." Morningstar
Investment Research Center is the second link under the "Online Resources"
section. You'll need to use your library card number or an ecard account
to log in.
