Hi Dave,
if you have had birds looking already after 1 week that is brilliant progress.
It took me 2 yrs of playing calls before birds went in a box and they 1st bred
in the 3rd yr. That was in 2004 and I now have 5 pairs on eggs or young with one
non-breeding pair occupying a box.
Just keep playing tapes whenever you can. Once you have finally established 1
pair, which you will, it gets much easier but it is still worth playing to
attract in new birds.
I also consider annoying the neighbours (and wife) to be the main constraint.
