Plan to join us at noon on June 18th for the Demography Brown Bag. We'll meet, as usual, in the Lady Slipper Room, Ground Floor of the Centennial Office Building, 658 Cedar St., St. Paul - please note there is a new fire door on the way back to the Lady Slipper Room, so don't be deterred by this new development!
The topic is Smart Economic Development in Tough Times and Beyond. Matt Kane, Infrastructure & Economic Development, Growth & Justice, is the author of a new report on Smart Economic Development for Minnesota. He will discuss pressing economic development challenges for the short term and smart approaches and policy principles for the long term.
