That's great that your taking care of SPAM, but what about your customers, the pendant and its customization firmware/software? What has happened to Randy Ray?

Disappointing
This was a very disappointing deal for me. Even with the Digital Machinist magazine coverage this was not attended to in a timely manner. Too many lapses
