Hi All,

We would like to have many photos posted but we are limited in space on
the site. We are allocated 30 Mbytes so we must limit the size of the
photos we post. Please limit the size of the photos you post to no more
than 200 KB. With the resolution of your viewing monitor, anything
larger doesn't improve your viewing. Actually, a photo of of about 50
KB would be more than adequate for monitor viewing.

I will suggest to Harry Isaman that we have a short lesson on
controlling the size of photos for posting at our next meeting. Most
photo editing programs will downsize photos for email application.
Also, when you save a JPEG file it will ask you what size file you
want, so just save your posting photos at lower resolution with a
special name so you know they're low resolution for this purpose.
