A warm thanks to the attendees at yesterday's TTLUG Meet'n'Greet Session at J.
Malone's: Anil R., Richard B., Shivan J., Steve H., Simon M., Taran R., Cintra
S., as well as a few other lovely ladies who chose to remain anonymous!

The discussion was lively and animated, covering many topics including
computing. When I left at 8:00 P.M., there were still some folks ol' talking.

The venue (J. Malone's Irish Pub) was chosen because there was ample space for
the number of attendees (10 persons seated on stools around a table) and allowed
for us to HEAR each other. Parking was a little difficult, as most of Port of
Spain seemed to converge on MovieTowne after work. Also, since there were other
pubs close by, we could have easily moved to another area if J. Malone's proved
unsuitable.

Because of the success of this event, I am considering having the Meet'n'Greet
Session monthly (say, first Tuesday every month), same time, same location.

Are there any thoughts, suggestions or improvements concerning this?

Linux presentation for TTLUG? The presentation does not necessarily have to be
done physically, but can
