xml files

Hallo everybody
I have read the manual re. xml files and I’d be grateful if you could confirm
that I am doing it right.
1.                Tools
2.                Tag Settings
3.                Tag Settings Manager
4.                Predefined HTML settings
5.                Properties
6.                Import
7.                Files of type
8.                Type settings files (*.ini)
9                  This list contains the suggested changes
etc..
10              OK

I supose that I keep all the checked default settings.
If I now open the xml file, I take it that the ini file is associated with it.
If I open several xml files I supose that all these xml files are associated
with the ini file..

I’d be grateful for your comments as this is the first time I am translating
xml files and I want to be sure that the ini file is now associated with all the
xml files to be translated.

Thanks in advance
Simon
