I kind of forgot this group existed but was pleased to be reminded
about it. I thought it would be nice to find out who is on here and
what we collectively do.

I'm a Security Consultant with iSEC Partners
(http://www.isecpartners.com/). Lately I have been focused on web
application penetration testing (a lot of ASP.Net) and mobile
application security testing (j2me, BREW, WAP). I work from my home in
North Tacoma often although I also spend time at iSEC's Seattle and
San Francisco offices. I am the current benevolent dictator of the
Tacoma Linux Users Group (http://www.taclug.org/). I am a graduate of
the University of Washington, Tacoma Institute of Technology and
maintain strong ties there as an Industry Advisor to the Grey Hat
computer security student group.

Regarding the tools of the trade, I love my Lenovo t61p with 1920x1200
screen and 4 GB of RAM running Ubuntu 08.04 using dm-crypt for whole
disk encryption. I'm in the market for a smartphone but there are too
many options right now (iPhone 3G, OpenMoko, HTC Touch Pro, wait for
Google Android, etc).
