The new TalaPhoto 2.8.3 was posted this week and is available for download.

Here's what's new:

- Settable JPEG compression for movie images
Default setting is higher quality than the prior default

- Watermark position is now settable to 9 positions on image
Previously watermark was always centered at the bottom

- Annotation font can now be set to very large size
Users wanted the option to obscure more of the image to discourage
piracy

- Can now import AVI movies
Previously only imported QuickTime movies

- Expanded HelpFAQ to include detailed instructions for Music Timeline
editor
