[Apologies for my absence of late. Circumstances beyond my control
have kept me busy with other matters.]
I think I made a mistake in my original interpretation of the
metaphor of the Flying Scroll. I first assumed that the dimensions of
the scroll (ten by twenty cubits) symbolized a 2 to 1 (20 to 10)
correlation ratio used during learning for making associations
between input signals. I now realize that the ratio is much too
strong and would miss important associations. I am beginning to think
that the numbers represent two separate ratios, one for thieves and
one for false swearers. Thus 1/20 is the ratio used for the seven
concurrent inputs (seven eyes) and 1/10 is used for the sequential
inputs (Joshua and the Branch). I will update the Flying Scroll page
in a few days to reflect my new interpretation. Any comment/criticism
is always appreciated.
PS. Have a happy and prosperous new year!
