Regarding your question about discussion group, this group is an
online discussion group. We have no regular meeting in person.
Discussion in English should be welcomed here (as you can see from the
message archive). You may notice that we are not very active, so you
may consider opening a discussion topic regarding your interests, if
you'd like to. I believe we are glad to participate and learn more about
that. :)

There is another JUG hosted by Software Park Thailand (in Bangkok).
They do have a regular monthly meeting (I'm not sure how active they
are currently). Their website is
http://www.swpark.or.th/Service/JUG/jug.asp. They have sessions by
foreign speakers from time to time; English should be alright. You
may need to contact their moderator for more information.
