A multinational contacted me to set up a small company for offshore
work in Thailand. They want to reduce their costs and outsource work.
I will be back in Thailand on the 13-11-2005 and promised to look into
it. To do succesful outsourcing one needs highly qualified Java
programmers. I myself have been contracting since 1996. I am looking
for reliable skilled people who want to go into ofsshore work. You
need to be reliable, speak English and be able to write Java code
quickly.
