Dear Colleagues,
Recently we faced a problem of increasing number of patients on
hemodyalisis with neuro-ischemic diabetic foot. We understand that they
are in a great need for revascularisation but revascularisation short-
and long-term results are poorer than in non-dyalisis patients.
Could you recommend any guidelines for vascular specialists concerning
any specific treatmet after vascular intervention for these patients?
(I understand that it's important to avoid dyalisis-related arterial
hypotension and to treat agressively "artheriosclerosis riskfactors"
(lipids, smoking, etc), but maybe anything else is necessary???
Thank you beforehand,
Oleg.
