I'm not understanding fully.
Why could you not enter the cellphone phone number on the Tracfone site?
Does your phone have a Phone Number? (may not if activation not totally
complete)
Try the website again entering the phone number. The instructions maybe
different.

You may have to bite the bullet and sit on a landline phone with CS to get
this working. I use a phone with a speaker so I can do things during the
wait, then shift back to handset when they come online.
I plan to be on the phone for 30+ minutes.
