What is Pilates?
 
Developed by Joseph Pilates, this exercise system builds long muscles and develops core control to create an evenly conditioned body... the perfect exercise class for dancers!
 
No other exercise system is so gentle to your body, while giving it a challenging workout.  Dancers and athletes have practiced Pilates for decades, finding it ideal for building strength, stamina and flexibility!

  • Classes will relate Pilates to Dance.
  • Classes are for beginners and those with some experience.
  • Class Size Is Limited for Individual Attention.
  • Bring a mat if you have one, but some mats will be available.
 
  • Instructor:  Pam Carini, Certified Pilates Mat Instructor.
  • Session:  6 Classes Starting June 6 running thru July 18.
  • When:  Tuesdays from 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM, (6-6-2006 thru 7-18-2006)
