This position requires someone well organized, detail oriented, flexible and adaptable to changing needs and priorities to assist a vice president and handle a large group. Also requires general knowledge of records management. An understanding of the oil and gas industry, especially exploration and production, is helpful

ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
· Provide administrative support to the Vice President of Global Negotiations & Business and 17 Negotiator/Land professionals.
· Closely assist VP’s Business Coordinator on special projects
· Secure travel arrangements for department
· Process visa/passport requests
· Generate all department expense reports including foreign currency
· Update department weekly meeting report
· Create and maintain license/contract files
· Participate in preparation of documents required for MMS lease sales
· Support land professionals with JOAs, JVAs, etc.
· Process hours worked records bi-weekly
· Process invoices for payment
· Organize meetings (telepresence, offsite etc.)
· Order office supplies
· Distribute mail

EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry
Experience with a broad range of computer systems and applications.
EDUCATION:
Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is a plus but not required
