Title: Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with Commercial Banking
Location: Dallas, TX
Expected Duration: 6 months +



Strong BSA to assess the current processes in the Commercial business units
around lease, underwriting and commercial lending.
Candidate may assist in creating an RFP, so this experience will be helpful.
• Must have experience as a BSA within commercial banking (Loans,
underwriting...must understand and be familiar with terms like SHAW, ACBS,
LSAMS, CBS)
• Will need to travel to speak with Commercial Loan Departments and talk with
Loan Officers and develop a plan.
• Support, document, and test complex technical systems.
• Experienced writing Test Cases and Test Scripts
• Communicate technical details
• Analyze problems
• Provide detailed solutions
• Must be self motivated
• Must be able to set goals and convince others that they are real and
achievable
• Must be able to set timelines and achieve them
• Excellent Communication skills.
