I have 17 years sales and marketing experience in diagnostic/healthcare industry. I am ready to relocate to any country but being an Indian I am legally allowed to work in India

Ranbaxy is a research based international Pharmaceutical Company ranked among the top 10 global generic manufacturing companies, surpassing US $1 billion turnover.
Last responsibility held was Regional Manager, heading a team of 12 in the clinical diagnostic division of Ranbaxy. Employment roles included working in functions like Sales, Marketing and Logistics.
Major Achievements
· Successfully turned around the loss making Eastern region business to a profit making business within 1 year of taking charge in 2001. Profits rose to 7% through business analysis of market potential and reorganising and motivating the team to focus on target customers.
· Consistently increased productivity. In 2001 productivity increased by 15% after taking charge of operations in the Eastern region through strategic marketing planning and customer focused approach.
· Having set a clear shared goal and high level of team and self commitment, increased Eastern region’s business by 15% consistently for three years from 2000-2003.
· Received annual business of US $ 50000 consistently for three years from a prestigious Blood Bank by helping the client to compete and win by identifying differences within the customer base and using the insight to maximise the value of customer relationship.
· Instrumental in getting a business of US$ 20000 from the Government of India (for Government of Burkina Faso, Africa) by adopting a persevering approach through constant follow ups, providing factual data, solutions to client queries and constantly meeting customer requirements.
· Launched HCV kit in the Indian market which became the highest selling product for the next three years and had a market share of 23%. This was achieved by analysing health reports indicating a large undetected population with the disease and designing market strategies to phase wise target the untapped market.
· Liaised with foreign principals resulting in the introduction of many new products that constituted 15% of the business in the following years and allowed the division to enter the niche market segment. This was due to a clear understanding of mutual marketing interests based on transparent and trust building interpersonal relationships.
