This company sells, programs and maintains pacemakers
and cardiac equipment.  They are looking for someone
that has BA or BS degree - RN would be ideal, but
would look at LVN.  Perhaps someone that has worked as
a surgical scrub tech or a cath lab tech.  This person
will visit hospitals and check on the equipment and do
print-outs of results.  There is a lot of room for
advancement - if someone has a sales background this
position could pay a lot more.  It's all what the
person brings to the table.

Manila, Philippines

Salary Range:   92k + 20% Bonus

 

 

Cost of Living Allowance: An allowance paid to cover the difference between the cost of goods and services in the home and host country.   The data calculations are obtained through surveys conducted by international data provider and base on spending patterns in the home and host country, family size and base salary.  (This may also call well and services differential). 

 

Cross Cultural Training:  Train for the expatriate and/or the family to familiarize them with the new environment in which they will live and work.

 

Destination Services:   Assistance provided to the expatriate upon arrival in the host country, usually including assistance in finding a residence, and arranging schooling for dependent children’s  and guidance regarding shopping, transportations, driver’s licenses, etc.

 

Repatriation: The return of the Expatriate and Accompanying Members to their home country at the conclusion of the international Assignment.

 

Spousal Assistance:   In recognition of the needs of an accompanying spouse, TeleTech Holdings will reimburse the cost associated with the spouse securing a work permit in the Host Country. 

 

Home Leave: For each years of assignment (every twelve months), the Expatriate and Accompanying Dependents will be entitled to one (1) economic class round-trip airfare annually to visit parents in the Host Country.

 

TeleTech Holdings reserve the right to amend, alter, or terminate this Policy in whole, or part with or without notice, at any time.

documents, and analyzed and recommended ERP tools and PDM tools.
Additionally, SEAS developed rapid application development
`proof-of-concept' modules to resolve design issues. Work
processes involved requirements definition, data modeling, design
specification, and Rapid Application Development (RAD, as well as
quality assurance and interface design specification support,
integration development efforts with Mainframe legacy system.


*Slashed testing cycle time from 3 weeks to 12 minutes with online
performance analysis.  System and Regression testing cycles were
inaccurate and delayed.  Designed, developed and fielded automated
testing methodology and process.  Distributed online test data and
