Have you tried using the select tool and holding the shift key while
selecting the objects either by clicking on each individually or left click
dragging across the objects? Hit D to move the axis

Paul, I use V 11.2. In 11.2, I don't think you can revolve multiple objects at once. Here is something you might try: create a polyline from your two objects...
