The Mindfulness and Acceptance Workbook for Anxiety   Message List

Please pardon the following "appeal".....

The other day I was on Amazon UK and noticed that the Forsyth and Eifert
anxiety workbook has unfortunately attracted a negative review, and as
it is the only review, the book is up there with 1 solitary * .........
not good publicity for ACT in the UK methinks. On Amazon.com the book
has generally very positive reviews (9 out of 11 are 5*) so I'm sure
this UK review is not representative.

I haven't yet got the book myself (though it's on my shopping list), so
I was wondering whether in the meantime anyone on this list who has it
might feel moved to put a review on Amazon UK? I mean, it would be a
real shame if someone who might be helped by ACT was put off buying this
book because of that one review.

Many thanks,
David
