Hello everyone
I am presuming most will be familiar with The Happiness Trap by Russ
Harris. I have found it very good, and on speaking to other
colleagues, it seems more digestible for clients than Get Out Of
Your Mind. It flows very well, is easy to understand, some of the
technical jargon has been adapted, and it has some new tecnhiques to
add to your repertoire.
If you havent yet checked the Happiness Trap website, there are free
homework exercises to download, including workablitity, control,
willingness, committed action exercises etc. copy and paste below:

there are guided mindfullness exercises in cd format (or mp3s in our
case as we are in the UK) to buy. these include leaves on the
stream, being mindful of emotions, observing self, body scan,
