I am new to this list and wish to introduce myself. My name is Sarah
and I have worked as a Cog Beh Therapist in the NHS for the last
sixteen years. I work in pain management and primary care. I have
become increasingly interested in ACT and I using it more and more
with my patients who have chronic conditions. I am very interested to
discuss with others who, like me, are making the transition from
"normal" Cbt to ACT.
I am finding thexviting and freeing but I am out of my comfort zone so
thatbit is quite uncomfortable. I am going to as many training
sessions as I can but have to travel quite some distance. So finding
colleagues local to me (Devon) would be helpful if anyone is
interested in meeting ?
