The next meeting of the South London ACT Group will
be on Monday 9th February at 6.45 for 7.00, ending at
8.30 pm. The topic will be “Defusion”. All members of UKACT
will be welcome.
The South London ACT Group meets monthly for a
mixture of exercises and discussion around a topic decided at the previous
meeting. The members are mostly therapists and there is no charge. Between 2
and 7 members attend each meeting. The venue, by kind invitation of Emma
