Hello UK ACTers,

The next meeting of the South London ACT Group will be on Monday 6^th April at 6.45 for 7.00, ending at 8.30 pm. The topic will be “Bridging the CBT/ACT Gap”. All members of UKACT will be welcome.

The South London ACT Group meets monthly for a mixture of exercises and discussion around a topic decided at the previous meeting. The members are mostly therapists and there is no charge. Between 3 and 7 members attend each meeting. The venue, by kind invitation of Emma Waddington, is: Top Flat, 6 Navy Street, Clapham, SW4 6EZ.
