The next two weeks could show the most spectacular developments
in human history, or a least be a few good chapters in to add to my
"Adventures of The Engineer" book. The convergence of opportunities
for world peace and prosperity is intriguing.
First, let us realize that the G8, G20, IMF, World Bank are
coming to my base of political, legal and tactical operations, Ottawa
on Nov 16-18.
Then let us realize that the end to Marijuana prohibition in
Canada is being sought across the river between Nov 5-19 if the Quebec
Superior Court can be persuaded that the new prohibition legislation
not only does not permit freer access to sick people but in fact adds
even more impediments making it, like the original legislation,
therefore unconstitutional per the judgment of the Ontario Court of
Appeal in Parker last year.
I took time away from my anti-poverty promotion and started legal
battle for my second political program, abolition of prohibition of
any vegetation, only 14 months ago. As per all my such battles, I've
logged reports I'll someday use when I submit my Statement of Account
for designing and installing the world a world-wide anti-poverty
UNILETS.
This might sound nuts to a lot of people but LETS interest-free
currencies were hailed as lifeboats in Australia and anti-poverty
systems in Britain where their set-up is included in their Local
Agenda 21 program. Blair announced he wanted to get it to every
municipality in Britain by 2001 and though he failed, Britain has more
interest-free bank branches than any other country in the world. Last
count was over 500. France only has 350, Germany 300, Australia 200,
US 100, so no other country comes close to the support of LETS by
government shown in Britain.
And LETS have been set up by the European Parliament so it's not
as if the concept is new to the world's politicians. The only thing
that is new is that it never dawned on them that one LETS could do the
whole world all at the same time and all the benefits they have
ascribed for supporting LETS interest-free currencies in their
communities can be delivered to the whole world at the same time.
If the G8, G20, IMF, or World Bank, endorse Section C6 to
governments in the United Nations Millennium Declaration, every
starving baby in the Third World has a guaranteed time-based credit
line to start bidding on the wheat rotting in our fields.

Mr. Bin Laden has brought to the world the obsolete nature of
nuclear aircraft carriers and missiles when faced with box-cutters and
people with nothing to lose. Our whole society is vulnerable to Third
World tactics and blowing up their homelands can only make it worse.
But Mr. Bin Laden has laid down his conditions for peace and it
seems he won't stop war until the UNILETS is installed. I must admit
that I was shocked when I read the next post yesterday because I
thought that Bin Laden was a CIA plant to foment a rush to the safety
of a police state. Most Americans seem ready to start wearing hand-
cuffs to protect everyone against the possible terrorists among them.
They seem to have already thrown away a history's worth of rights.
They always do in times of "perceived" danger to "national security."
I thought he was a plant because if I was him while Dubya has so
little evidence he can't produce "any at all," I've have surrendered
before letting my hosts be bombed up.
I had decided not to comment on Bin Laden's almost knocking out
the Federal Reserve because I didn't want to hurt the feelings of the
people who empathize with the bystanders who were in the way. I was
going to wait until Bush killed back about an equal number of innocent
civilians. Considering that in past history, they end up killing 50 to
60 times more Foreigners than Americans, eg: Vietnam -3,000,000 US -
50,000, so trying to stop the bloodletting before it's equal seemed
futile. But once an equal number of innocent foreigners have been
killed back, even the Americans might feel they've had enough of
George's justice.
But the latest message from Mr. Bin Laden changes everything.
There is a way out of war. There is a way to make peace with Bin Laden
and all his followers.

JCT: If you want to read the whole story of the Arabs complaining
about how they got ripped off by the forces of Big Money, read it all

Praise be to Allah, we seek His help and ask for his pardon. we take

Allah, no associates with Him and I bear witness that Muhammad is His
slave and messenger. Allah's blessing and salutations on His slave and

JCT: I'm not sure Mr. Bin Laden realizes that the problem is not
the oppressor but the oppressor's software which we can beat by
switching to our own.

People are fully concerned about their every day livings; every body
talks about the deterioration of the economy, inflation, ever
increasing debts and jails full of prisoners. Government employees
with limited income talk about debts of ten thousands and hundred
thousands of Saudi Riyals. They complain that the value of the Riyal
is greatly and continuously deteriorating among most of the main
currencies. Great merchants and contractors speak about hundreds and
thousands of million Riyals owed to them by the government. More than
three hundred forty billions of Riyal owed by the government to the
people in addition to the daily accumulated interest, let alone the
foreign debt. People wonder whether we are the largest oil exporting
country! They even believe that this situation is a curse put on them
by Allah for not objecting to the oppressive and illegitimate
behaviour and measures of the ruling regime.

JCT: Gee, sounds like Canada too!

Through its course of actions the regime has torn off its legitimacy:

JCT: Believe me, most Canadians feel that way about our
governments too.

(2) The situation of the law within the country and the arbitrary
declaration of what is Halal and Haram (lawful and unlawful)
regardless of the Shari'ah as instituted by Allah;

JCT: Same in Canada. The Prime Minister's generation of alcoholic
Members of Parliament have arbitrarily declared that alcohol,
tobacco are Halal while cannabis is Haram regardless of the scientific
proof otherwise seen as evidence by all but the alcoholics in power.
That's why my second political platform after abolishing usury is
abolishing prohibition.

(3) The state of the press and the media which became a tool of truth-
hiding and misinformation; the media carried out the plan of the enemy
of idolising cult of certain personalities and spreading scandals
among the believers to repel the people away from their religion,

JCT: Boy, does that sound like our media too.

(4) Abuse and confiscation of human rights;

JCT: This will especially be shown when we finally compel the
witnesses from Health Canada to divulge how many people died while
waiting to have their doctor's prescription filled. Making people die
is considered a violation of rights in Canada though rarely enforced.

(5) The financial and the economical situation of the country and the
frightening future in the view of the enormous amount of debts and
interest owed by the government;...while imposing more custom duties
and taxes on the nation.

JCT: So, does he think Muslims are in debt slavery alone?
Christian whose good book also condemn interest are enslaved too, Jews
whose good book also condemn interest are enslaved too, Bhuddists etc.
There are only two classes on earth, the loansharks who get something
for nothing and the slaves who get nothing for something.

(6) The miserable situation of the social services and infrastructure
especially the water service and supply, the basic requirement of
life.

JCT: Hey, Ontario has a Premier who didn't think laying off all
the water inspectors might cause some people to die which it did.
Looking through financial glasses, it never occurred to him that
budget cuts could kill. He's retiring but you can bet the next guy
will be another financial retard cutting the life out of Ontario's
social services too.

(7) The state of the ill-trained and ill-prepared army and the
impotence of its commander in chief despite the incredible amount of
money that has been spent on the army.

JCT: Actually, I'm not too worried about an army once there is
financial and economic peace and prosperous trade with the UNILETS
interest-free alternative anti-poverty time-based currency.

(8) Shari'a law was suspended and man made law was used instead.

JCT: I've often called it Natural Law vs Law of Man. Trying to
pay 11 when they only printed 10 is a violation of Natural Law but the
Human Law of the Interest Act demands it and you'll lose your house
for promising to do something impossible.
Of course, if you have neighbour and can get some of his
principle loan in the mort-gage death-gamble, then you can pay your
interest and he will suffer foreclosure. But if you're alone as a
person on your island, there is no escape but revolution.

If there are more than one duty to be carried out, then the most
important one should receive priority. Clearly after Belief (Imaan)
there is no more important duty than pushing the American enemy out of
the holy land...

JCT: No, the greater duty is ending the poverty that makes the
American an enemy in the Holy Land. Don't fight their financial
warship, jump into your own financial LETS life-boat.

If it is not possible to push back the enemy except by the collective
movement of the Muslim people, then there is a duty on the Muslims to
ignore the minor differences among themselves; the ill effect of
ignoring these differences, at a given period of time, is much less
than the ill effect of the occupation of the Muslims' land by the main
Kufr.

JCT: Again, tbe goal should be to push back the old enemy but to
attract the new friend.

If it is not possible to fight except with the help of non righteous
military personnel and commanders, then there are two possibilities:
either fighting will be ignored and the others, who are the great
danger to this life and religion, will take control; or to fight with
the help of non righteous rulers and therefore repelling the greatest
of the two dangers and implementing most, though not all, of the
Islamic laws. The latter option is the right duty to be carried out in
these circumstances and in many other similar situation....

JCT: Of course, Mr. Bin Laden may not realize how close the world
is to an interest banking system so he's just doing the same thing as
the young kids in the rich countries, getting ready for armed
resistance, which is just what the guys with the big guns want.

Man fabricated laws were put forward permitting what has been
forbidden by Allah such as usury (Riba) and other matters.

JCT: Okay. I challenged the Interest Act umpteen times in the
courts including 6 times in the Supreme Court of Canada arguing that
taking life-support tickets from the poor to give to the rich who
don't need it and can only hoard more is the genocide of the poor.
Those cases received national publicity in the early 1980s as the only
genocide indictments against the banks for usury in history. I still

Banks dealing in usury are competing, for lands, with the two Holy
Places and declaring war against Allah by disobeying His... Be careful
of your duty to Allah and relinquish what remains (due) from usury, if
you are believers. But if you do (it) not, then be appraised of WAR
from Allah and His Apostle} (Baqarah; 2:278279).

In Chapter three: 130, "Not devour usury,
Doubled, multiplied, it's not way to prosperity.
In Chapter 30:39, "That which ye lend for more,
Through property of others will not count as Godly score.
But that which ye lay out for charity when needy cry,
Will show God's increase as the recompenses multiply.

This is for the "Muslim" who deals in usury (believing that it is a
sin), what is it then to the person who make himself a partner and
equal to Allah, legalising (usury and other sins) what has been
forbidden by Allah....

JCT: Okay, so Mr. Bin Laden wants an interest-free banking system
before he'll call off the box-cutter brigade. Sounds fair to me. And
if he's willing to forgive the International Bankers who cause 100,000
people to die of poverty every day, they might forgive Mr. Bin Laden
if he did cause an extra 5% to exit Earthly Paradise early on that
day.

Under such circumstances, to push the enemy the greatest Kufr out of
the country is a prime duty. No other duty after Belief is more
important than the duty of jihad.

JCT: I have to disagree. They have bigger guns. Their financial-
military-industrial complex is looking for a military response, not a
financial one. Why represent our collateral wealth with their tokens
for a fee when we can represent our collateral wealth with our tokens
for free? There's no reason to fight to fix their system if we can
just jump-start our own. LETS is a "do-it-yourself" Halal money system
and nothing no amount of military preparation can bring world peace
faster than UNILETS software being installed world-wide all at once.

Utmost effort should be made to prepare and instigate the Ummah
against the enemy, the AmericanIsraeli alliance occupying the country
of the two Holy Places and the route of the Apostle (Allah's Blessings
and Salutations may be on him) to the Furthest Mosque (AlAqsa Mosque).

JCT: The enemy is not the occupier of your country, it is the
owners. The consortium of banks that own your national debt and
control your citizens through the legislated permission to exact
usury.
Mr. Bin Laden spends a lot of time talking about how to resist
their military force and given he still thinks peace will need a war
first and is being actively shot at, it's understandable. I just
wonder what he's going to say when he finds out there's a proposal on
the United Nations Millennium Declaration to set up a world-wide anti-
poverty UNILETS. Is there anything else that he needs to call off the
rebellion of those who have nothing to lose when they get their
interest-free credit cards and have a peaceful paradise on Eden to
lose?

The money you pay to buy American goods will be transformed into
bullets and used against our brothers in Palestine and tomorrow
(future) against our sons in the land of the two Holy places. By
buying these goods we are strengthening their economy while our
dispossession and poverty increases.

JCT: Good point. Every bit of trade you do not do in your own
LETS lifeboat will cost you extra interest on their ship. Of course,
he doesn't have an interest-free lifeboat set up yet so his choices
are more restricted.
For a few paragraphs, he taunts the US for the futility of trying
to fight people with nothing to lose in Beirut, Somalia.

Terrorising you, while you are carrying arms on our land, is a
legitimate and morally demanded duty. It is a legitimate right well
known to all humans and other creatures. Your example and our example
is like a snake which entered into a house of a man and got killed by
him. The coward is the one who lets you walk, while carrying arms,
freely on his land and provides you with peace and security.

JCT: Ouch. No wonder they want to censor him? He might be real.

Those youths are different from your soldiers. Your problem will be
how to convince your troops to fight, while our problem will be how to
restrain our youths to wait for their turn in fighting and in
operations. These youths are commendation and praiseworthy.

JCT: Ouch. That rings true. Kids with daddy's credit card living
near a mall have less incentive to risk dying than these kids won
don't even have a mall. Then again, the video generation were weaned
on zapping enemies from afar.

More than 600,000 Iraqi children have died due to lack of food and
medicine and as a result of the unjustifiable aggression (sanction)
imposed on Iraq and its nation. The children of Iraq are our children.
You, the USA, together with the Saudi regime are responsible for the
shedding of the blood of these innocent children. Due to all of that,
what ever treaty you have with our country is now null and void.

JCT: Ouch. No defence. George Bush II is going to have to score a
lot of Afghan dead babies to catch up with dad George Bush I's record
in Iraq. But what's most fascinating of all is that 90% of Americans
don't know it. How's that for real media control in a "free society."
90% of Americans ask "why?" and have settled for no answer.

JCT: Wow. Not what I expected. As to the possibility of Osamah
forgiving the usurers and the usurers forgiving Osamah, again, from

"If you lend money to the needy, charge no interest."
Ezekiel 3:18 adds responsibility,
God states his laws for life with his expected certainty:

You will have saved yourself and he will be the one to pay."
In 18:5: "Suppose a man takes not much interest,

But if this son too has a son who doesn't do the same,

Ezekiel declared that usury and interest,
Could have a different effect, there was a simple test.
If interest demanded is of something that can breed,
Such interest is payable and not sin I concede.
So if you lend a hundred head and ask to get two more,
That might not be excessive action that he would abhor.
But if you gain all of the calves and he still owes you some,
That would be judged excessive. That is more than maximum.
And if the interest is on some silver or some gold,
It's usury because there are no babies to behold!
It's interest if principal can breed to multiply,
It's usury if principal cannot so classify.

JCT: In my next post, I'm going to ask the anti-globalisation
forces to keep out of Ottawa on Nov 16-18 and leave them to me. As the

So I'm not sure if the world owners are ready to let the world be
saved from ecological catastrophe by allowing us to side-step
financial catastrophe first. I can only say that like Bin Laden's
army, I hate the same oppressor machine, but I don't hate the drivers.
Anyway, let's hope George Jr. is quick at evening out the carnage
by killing his required quota of innocent civilians to then give peace
a chance.
