On Dec. 8 2000, the United Nations Student Meeting promulgated
their student Millennium Declaration. It was tampered with to
delete the very same words that had been deleted from the
Millennium Declaration's recommendation C6 to Governments to
restructure the global financial architecture using an
" interest-free UNILETS "
alternative time-based currency.
The students had also recommended the world-wide version of the
globally successful LETS banking software and the whole recommendation
was cut from their declaration while the censors left in the
"alternative time-based currency" in the Millennium Declaration.
