Can you try simplifying the train of programs by just trying to enter the setup via POTH? Use Task Manager first to make sure that no 'zombie' drivers are

Chuck, I was using 5a but having read you post I uninstalled this and updated to 5b and then did the further 5.5 update. It downloads as an msi which doesn't
