I'm not familiar with configuration of the top of the Mewlon rings, but I won't
be surprised if there's a solution out there. Worst case, you may want to check
out a custom solution from Precise Parts:

Yes. Anything that says it is "Losmandy D Dovetail compatible" will work with
the Losmandy-sized dovetail plates and saddles.

I solved the same problem for my FSQ and Mewlon 250 mounting by removing the std. Mewlon 250 puck saddle and replacing it with a mounting plate from Robin...
