Hi Julio,

Most computers don't come with a utility to play AVI files like that one.  I use MPC Star.  It'll play anything (including protected DVDs and BluRays) and will even allow you to convert any other video format to the univerally accepted MP4 format.  Click here to download it http://www.mpcstar.com/download.php  It's totally free and contains no adware or spyware.

When you install MPC star, it will ask you if you want to make it your default media player.  If you make MPC Star your default player (which I did and never regretted it), there will be no need to save the AVI file.  Just click the link to the video in the email and it will play.
