Thanks. All went well with the conference. Your time was easily eaten-up
with a multitude of questions. There was no participation by the black
committee and the papers went well.

I finished my dissertation - almost. Had the final, went to xerox copies and
found out the the page after 180 was numbered 211. SO I have 500 misnumbered
pages - many of which are maps, figures, and photos which were numbered
individually. Nuts, I say. Three days of work shot to hell. I do not think
I'll make December now. On the other hand, it could be something which would
make a difference. I'm fed-up for a while.

Hope things are going ok with you. Seems like G&P, over-zealous cops, and
travel are keeping you on your toes.
