What would be the cause of a noticeable amount of bubbly-looking noise
around words, graphics and titles in video on an HDTV display? The
display monitor is fed via HDMI cable, however I have noticed this too
while viewing direct reception of broadcasts via my local cable
company. Any suggestions?
