Yes, all you need is another video card (well and an extra pci, agp,
or pci-e slot in your computer) that has video out. Most are s-video
out, some are composite.
A nice basic 5, 6, or 7 series nvidia card will do that just fine.
TV out is so low res that it does not take much of a card.
Go to newegg.com. Search for video cards, narrow the search to nvidia,
then look at the prices of the series.
A decent nvidia 5200 card starts around 50 bucks.
If you are talking about sending the cable TV signal to that TV also,
you will need a TV tuner card.
I use the hauppauge 150 series.
