Hi, and welcome to the group! I'm so glad that you decided to join our
great site and community. :) You probably already know, but I'm the
owner of "Boutique of Baby Treasures and More". I opened up this group
last year so that we can have a place on the net to
discuss/promote,etc. Also, the general public can Pop in and ask us
what is so great about buying and selling on Wagglepop. The owner
of "Berning's Bargains" is also a member of this little group.
Best of luck with your new store!

Hi, I have just recently opened a store on this wonderful site:
Wagglepop.com This site made it possible for me to finally afford to
open an e-store! Truly a community-based marketplace, this is an
awesome venue for buyers & sellers that are seeking old fashioned,
friendly, customer serviced based shopping.
The established sellers are the most helpful lot one could ask
for! If you have ever wanted to have a store, are discouraged by
rising costs on other sites, or are just wanting to spread your wings,
you would do well to set up at Wagglepop!
I highly suggest you scan the "Smart Sell Pro Merchant Market
place boards". "Remotes4less", "Boutique of Baby Treasures and More",
"The Katy Workshop", and "Berning's Bargains", have particularly
frequent helpful information in their postings.

Hello & Welcome to this group AND to Wagglepop!
I remember doing those emails too. I still do some snag-sales on Ebay
once in awhile.... list something, then direct them over to WP to buy
the item with a lower shipping price. I have had people come over to
WP to just do multiple shopping sprees on my store.
I came from Ebay also. I found out about Wagglepop from some angry
sellers way back in June 2006, when everyone was upset over the big
increase in store fees after we all opened stores due to Ebay
recommending that we do... what a twist of Ebay's knife in the back
of all it's store owners. And it sounds like it is happening again.
Finding Wagglepop at that time was like a breath of FRESH air. I
browsed around the site and visited the boards and realized that this
place was truly what Ebay SHOULD have been. So I signed up for a
store the first part of August and got all my inventory in my store
right before going on vacation for a week and relaxing after the big
Ebay let-down.
Wagglepop is a great site to be selling on. I have seen many sellers
come and go though the last year and a half, but my standing on
Wagglepop has always remained strong. Other ex-sellers have tried to
bring me down and away from WP, but I have stayed on at WP and I am
so glad that I have.
My sales have been building gradually over my time on WP. At first,
my goal was to just make enough to pay my WP Fees, and when that goal
was met after just a couple of months... you can bet that I knew this
was the place for me. There are slow times on WP, but they are great
moments when I can focus on changes I want to make in my store, clean-
up on inventory, cleaning up my inventory area here at home, and
doing extra advertising. I make each moment count when on Wagglepop,
even the slow moments.
I'm glad you have joined us on Wagglepop. I wish you LOTS of success
with your store. And hope to see you here and on the community boards
often. ;) Have a great day!

Hello and a huge Welcome to you! I did exactly what you're doing now
back in July 2006 when the last fee increases were announced. The
Wagglepop site has been a huge blessing for me. It's been such a
pleasure to be a part a great community of like-minded sellers
working to build a better future for all of us. I got my Wagglepop
sales up to $1,000.00 for the month of January and expect to be able
to hit $2,000.00/month by the end of this year.
Great idea to send those invitations to eBayers. I did a lot of that
when they first came out with that feature, but I've been slacking
off on it lately. I think all of you new sellers will do a great job
of kicking my rear back into gear. :)

Hi Everybody! I got this group from the Wagglepop Advertising thread
in the community.
I've been spitting nails over ebay new policy so this time rather
than bending over AGAIN, I decided to spread my wings and try another
site.
The deal is so sweet on Wagglepop, I could not resist.
I see there are relatively low listings though, and probably low
traffic based on my mere 1 day on the site, but I'm working
diligently to get the name out there an increase exposure.
If you sell on ebay, this is what I've been doing:
COPYING AND PASTING email addresses from ebay to wagglepop
invitations.
I've completed almost 100 so far.

It was the perfect plan until I failed to win the lottery last night.
The new plan revolves around me winning it on Saturday instead. :)

I'm going to win the lottery today. My husband wanted to come up with a plan to get ready for his family coming for Christmas. My plan is to win the lottery today, buy another house, and pay someone to furnish and decorate it in time for Christmas. That is my plan. I have no plan B. :)
I've been extremely busy with, outside of Wagglepop, special orders. Everything from baby blankets to pillows. Then with the kids, hubby, church and everything else, doesn't leave much time for chatting. There isn't a day in the week that I have free just the sit at home and do what I need to get done.
How was your craft show? Did you make loads of money? Are you rich now? Did you win that lottery? LOL

What happened to the group??
Sorry, I guess we're just a small and quiet group for now. The group is always available for anyone to do any kind of promoting that you can think of, but I probably won't be able to post much at least until after Christmas. Life has kept me tangled up with all kinds of financial and health challenges, etc., and on top of it all I'm faced with the reality that ALL of my husband's family will probably be flying in for Christmas at our house this year (we're talking something like 10 people). So I'll see you all next year if I survive. LOL
If you sell on Wagglepop, post your sales, discounts, and special
offers for the Holidays on this thread. I'll start:
Mention this 'ad', and receive 10% off ANY purchase from BOUTIQUE of
BABY TREASURES and MORE on Wagglepop from now all the way through
Christmas Day, December 25th, 2007. Shop as much as you want and get
10% off everything! Shipping is always combined at $0.99 or less for
each additional item purchased. Here is the store:

Hi Sandy, it's great to see you here!
We can definitely "share our wares" here. Vas displayed a couple of
her items in the photo section. We can do that and we can also start
threads for that purpose. I'm sure there are more ways to do it that I
I haven't thought of yet. I think it would be smart for us to make a
habit of sharing our wares on the Wagglepop forum and also sharing the
same items here every time we do that. People have to be registered to
see the Wagglepop forums, so this group will allow more people who
aren't already Wagglepop members to see what goodies we have to offer.
I double-checked my 360 page to make sure, and you and Tamera are
already my friends. :)

Good morning everyone! I made the leap too. Nice to see you all.
Are we going to "share our wares" here so other can see what we have
if they happen across the group??
Please feel free to find my 360 (http://360.yahoo.com/thebeadedring)
and add me to your friends. Also be sure to put wagglepop as one of
your interest on your 360 (if you have one) for searching purposes.

Jewelry is one of the categories on Wagglepop that is very
impressive! There is a great group of jewelry sellers there. Here
are some of their stores:
This is Brenda's. She makes gorgeous jewelry. I have purchased from
her a few times, some items for myself and some for gifts.
http://www.wagglepop.com/stores/BeadsByBrenda
This is the first of Samantha's stores. She sells a lot of charms and
beads and other jewelry making supplies. I have NO idea how she's
built up a feedback rating of 4062 because my buyers rarely ever
leave feedback at all.
http://www.wagglepop.com/stores/silver-charm-liquidators
This is Samantha's second store for her jewelry creations. I have a
gorgeous wire wrapped pendant necklace from her, and her prices are
awesome too! This store was recently 'remodeled' with the help of
another Wagglepop seller who's great at that kind of thing.
http://www.wagglepop.com/stores/JUST-SAM-DESIGNS
This is Tonya's store. She specializes in unique beaded bookmarks.
http://www.wagglepop.com/stores/unique-bookmarks-and-beads
This is Cynthia's store with a beautiful selection of beads.
http://www.wagglepop.com/stores/The-Bead-Abode
Another lovely store with beads and bracelets.
http://www.wagglepop.com/stores/Beads-Jewelry-Beaded-Bead
Neat jewelry at low low low prices.
http://www.wagglepop.com/stores/lunarcreations
Sandy's Original Beaded Ring Store:
http://www.wagglepop.com/stores/The-Original-Beaded-Ring-Store
I know that there are more, but those are some of the highlights of
the jewelry category. These ladies also keep in touch with each other
a lot on their Jewelry Box Chit Chat thread on the forum. They are a
fun group of wonderful and super talented women that I am very proud
to sell alongside of.
Hello Everyone,
I think Wagglepop is a venue that a very high percentage of online
sellers could benefit greatly from, but most sellers don't know that
yet.
I began my Wagglepop selling adventures in July of 2006, and WP very
quickly became my favorite place to do business and my 'inventory
central'. To this day it is by far my favorite site though I've used
many and continue to use several.
Wagglepop offers a package called SmartSell Pro (costs $9.95 per
month) that allows sellers to easily and very affordably list and
manage their entire inventory. The package includes Unlimited
Listings in all formats, Free Thumbnail Gallery Picture Upgrade, and
Free Buy Now Options. It also includes a highly customizable
storefront with up to 100 custom categories, unlimited custom pages,
and a custom URL for your Store. There are selling tools that include
Buy More Now which allows you to offer an incentive for buyers to add
more items to their purchases. The Red Carpet Customer Program allows
you to give buyers an extra incentive to shop from your store again
in the future. You can customize Cross Promotions to display on the
home page of your store and in your item listings. There is the
InventoryDirect Bulklister that allows you to create bulk upload
files from scratch or import listings from eBay's TurboLister.
Wagglepop management is very dedicated to offering exceptional
customer service! It is normal for me to receive a respose to
questions within just a few minutes. I know that not all sites are
able to offer this level of service. One of the other sites I use
who's name I will not mention to protect
the................whatever..........I e-mailed a question 13 days
ago and have not received any response yet.
Another thing that stands out to me about Wagglepop is the ease of
getting awesome search engine exposure. If you set up your store well
and include the appropriate keywords in your item titles and
descriptions, you may be shocked by the excellent search engine rank
that you see. Wagglepop items are also submitted to Google
Base/Products for additional exposure. Of course this exposure does
translate into sales. I get more sales for my effort on Wagglepop
than on any other site, and this is one reason why all of my listings
are created on Wagglepop first, then copied and pasted to other sites
as needed. The ease and speed of listing on Wagglepop, and how I like
the look of my listings and store there are the other reasons why I
create all listings on Wagglepop first. Long story short, as long as
the Wagglepop site is available, I would NOT sell online without a
Wagglepop store.
Phew. I think that's enough for the intro.

Hello Alison,
I'm now having my first coffee so if you see lots of typos here, ignore
them.
I was in here the other day doodling around and thought I'd start with
The Foxhole. I also started my Share your wares photo album, and was
thinking that we can make use of the calendar by posting upcoming sales
and specials.
With the free template, I was planning to offer one every month. I will
get with it at some point. I got unexpected work so I'm trying to keep
up.
I need a coffee refill so I'll check in again
later
