Duh. Was a long day.

Wrt54g version 3., firmware 4.21.1

I can set the day(s) and time, but still allows the one computer I
want to block after hours, through to the internet.

I want to block one computer, I know IP Address & MAC address, from
access the 2300 hours to 0600 the next morning.
