I believe catholic rites would work on anything that opposed God. If battling demons, or should I say when, as long as those fighting have strong faith, I think that's what is the important factor. Just my opinion.

I have a question for you since when does the church care about what wiccans or anyone else thinks?
The church trains its own excorsists, and I'm sure that your question is covered in their introduction to excorcism.

the roman church won't even talk about it anymore. evil is here and now and some

I was seventeen and homeless. A kind woman with two young sons took pity and brought me into her home.
Not to be a burden, I lied about my age and found work at a small manufacturing plant.

We all lived in an old house that had been converted to two apartments. There was an attic upstairs that no one used.
We lived on the second floor. There was a huge bathroom, kitchen , living room and one bedroom. The bedroom was in the front of the house.
The woman and her two sons slept in the big bed in the bedroom and I slept on the couch.

The first floor was occupied by an older gentleman. I don't remember his name now. He would sit outside on the front porch when the weather was nice.
I don't think we ever exchanged more than a hi in acknowledgement when we saw each other and maybe remark about what a nice day it was. I liked him though. He seemed nice enough.

Bertha was a lifesaver to me. Very kind and thoughtful. She always made sure I had a sandwich to take to work with me. She treated me like an adult, a friend and daughter all at the same time.

One night I woke from a deep sleep. Something brought my attention to the end of the couch.
Sitting on the back of the couch was a dark hooded figure. I instantly knew it was the "Angel of death".
The thing that still amazes me is I wasn't afraid at all.
He spoke to me , but not out loud. I heard him speak in my mind.
He told me the man downstairs had died.

I nodded that I understood, and stranger still, I rolled back over and went right back to sleep.

The next morning when we all got up, I told Bertha what had happened the night before and explained it was not a dream.

She poo pooed it of course but I made her promise she would look out for the man downstairs.
I went off to work as usual.

When I came home from work I asked Bertha if she had seen the man? She said she had not. I went downstairs and knocked on his door. I was really hoping he would answer but of course, he didn't.
I then went outside on the porch and peered in the bedroom window. The shade was up only a little but enough to see he was lying in bed.

I went back upstairs and told Bertha to please call the ambulance.

The ambulance and police came and broke down the door. The man was dead.

According to the attendant, the man had probably died around the time I saw "The Angel".

Since that time, any time there was going to be a death around me, I have been visited by , what some call, shadow people.

I even had one tap me on the shoulder once when I was trying to ignore him.

October 30, 2009. A Montana Department of Transportation webcam, which is normally used to gauge weather conditions affecting Lolo Pass, a remote, high-mountain pass spanning the Idaho-Montana state line, caught this eerie, inexplicable glow in the early morning hours of Halloween Eve. A few folks have claimed to see "faces in the fog." Please note that there is no external light source nearby. Spooky!

"Ghost Stories - A Night Opera" was originally performed at St. Luke’s (bombed-out) Church in July to an audience of around 250 people, who sat through heavy rain in the open air space to watch the show. The music surrounded the audience and a series of specially developed visuals accompanied each piece. The music and visuals were developed to, throughout the one hour performance, transport the audience through the course of a night from sunset to sunrise.

Birkenhead Priory is the oldest standing building on Merseyside and so will be a wonderfully appropriate setting for the event. . .

So finally, even if not completely ready, it was time to go. I have to pass the Mexican border before the end of the month, and have to stop in few places, including Atlanta, New Orleans, Dallas and Houston. I also stopped at the BK mechanic shop to say goodbye to Mike and Singh, two guys who helped me a lot with the few vehicles I owned in Brooklyn, including a vintage Mercedes 280SL I had to sell to finance the trip.

Then, along with my new passenger, we passed the Manhattan Bridge, went across Chinatown, and took the tunnel to New Jersey.

After crossing Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia, we arrived in Virginia, and as the night was already here, after grabbing something quick to eat, we tried to find a campground. Difficult goal, it turned out, as it is kind of late in the season. As the night went darker, few miles outside of Front Royal, we found a mysterious place populated only by remains of broken cars. We went to the office, but nobody was there, and a glance by the window revealed an incredible mess. As a thick fog came down on us, we agreed we had to stay here, even so we could not decide if the place was open for business or not. We opened the tent, and the light was off by 9 p.m.

I said good-bye to the guys of my block, including Jay, my Brooklyn landlord (on the right), and Smash from Global Block (Yellow jacket) who may meet me somewhere in Central America where he is traveling regularly to host hip-hop events.
