Westall UFO

I moved to Westall, Osborne Ave. opposite the Grange in 1972. A couple
of years later I met and became very close friends with a chap who
lived off Westall Rd. near where Subways is now. I remember as clear as
day a story he told me about something which he had seen a few years
earlier whilst at school. He described to me in detail a ( flying
object ) one which he had never seen before, fly over the school
grounds ( Westall Primary ) heading in a Southerly direction towards
Moorabbin Airport. He explained to me that he and many others climbed
the fence to get a better view of the aircraft. He told me that there
was a timber paling fence around the perimeter of the school grounds
and to get a better view of the " UFO " the kids had to climb to the
top of the fence. No one could have seen the object descend because it
disappeared behind the Pine Trees. Approx. location as was described to
me is near where the soccer ground is now. I've sadly lost contact with
this chap and haven't seen him for well over 20 years. If you can track
him down, he will let you know once and for all exactly what it was and
where it supposedly landed. His name is Alan Thompson Brown.
Good Luck.
