ONE/Northwest (Online Networking for the Environment) in Seattle seeks an
executive director to lead and manage a nationally recognized five-year-old
non-profit organization with a mission to protect the environment by
applying the best uses of communications technology to foster an effective
and connected conservation community.

Requirements include a strong interest and demonstrated commitment to
environmental issues, excellent verbal and written communication skills, 3-5
years of management experience, strong leadership skills, and fundraising
experience. The ideal candidate will have an appreciation of the value of
electronic networking and how it can be applied to grassroots activism,
experience working with non-profit boards, the experience to build an
effective organization, and the ability to work with all types of people. We
are looking for a person who is a dynamic leader, can think strategically
and work in a collaborative manner with diverse constituencies.
