Perhaps this is already common knowledge, but in case not, Bo Leuf and
Ward Cunningham published a book on wiki ("The Wiki Way: Quick
Collaboration on the Web", Addison Wesley, 2001) It explains the
concepts, has some guidance on installation, a bunch of info on typical
hacks to add, and real world examples of how it has been used. Good
book.
