Hello, I just joined this email mailing list. Over the summer, a team
of Georgetown students and I founded Debatus (www.debatus.com). Its a
wiki database for structuring, refining, and rationalizing
argumentation and debate. Check it out. What's paricularly special
about it is the "yes"/"no", question/subquestion, splitscreen
methodology we've applied.
We are now well underway and are beginning to market the idea in a
number of different fields: Academia (starting at Georgetown), the DC
community, the blogosphere, the wiki community (we're going through
Meatball), and hopefully through traditional means such as newspapers,
radio,....
We could definitely use some advice and help on reaching the wiki
community (maybe, the blogosphere as well). Specifically, we're trying
to figure out ways to reach the Wikipedia community without spamming
its articles.
Any advice of any kind would be great.
We hope you all like the concept and join in.
