C2 was the site held by the Father of all Wikis, Ward Cunningham.
I think it indeed c2.com has been down for some time.

I looked now, and it's moved to http://www.c2.com/cgi/wiki?RecentChanges
etc. Apparently, Ward may have dropped its own original Wiki code for
MeatBallWiki.

For a full fleshed Wiki SW packet with near to commercial support, I'd
recommend Peter Thoeny's Twiki at Twiki.org. But if you're more
wanting to play with the code, or there are design choices that do not
fit you (Perl) there may be other interesting alternatives (like
MeatballWiki from Sunir Shah, also present on this forum).
